Final narrative
An employee was walking to retrieve tools and/or material when he tripped over the metal tract on the floor. The metal tract is secured to the floor for drywall installation and its lip protrudes up about 1 inch. His toe/boot got caught on the tract and he fell at ground level on his buttocks, possibly fracturing his left hip. He was hospitalized.
An employee was operating a forklift near a metal shelving unit when the forklift slid on wet concrete toward the shelving. The employee's fingers were pinched between the shelving and the forklift roll cage, resulting in lacerations to the ring and little fingers.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
