An employee injured the back of his head when he passed out and struck it against the pavement. The employee passed out after pouring ice water over his head while taking a break from doing landscaping work.
In the back of the warehouse, two temporary employees were unloading a truck that was full of bags. The bags tipped over and fell onto one of the employees and fractured his legs. The employee required surgery.
