An employee was hooking up the lines from a trailer to a yard truck when she lost her footing and fell onto her right side on the ground. The employee was hospitalized with an injury to her right hip.
At about 3:40 a.m. on August 13, 2025, an employee was filling orders in an aisle. She was pulling over her material handling equipment to allow another employee to get around her when the equipment struck a rack. She suffered a laceration to the left leg/knee area.
