On August 06, 2015, an employee was bitten on the left middle finger by an unknown source, assumed to be a spider. On August 08, 2015, the employee showed the employer his swollen finger and was sent to a doctor for treatment. On August 09, 2015, the employee's left arm had begun to swell. The employee went to the emergency room and was admitted to the hospital on August 09, 2015.
An employee was picking up trash at a worksite and they went pale and had difficulty speaking due to heat. The employee was hospitalized due to dehydration.
Employees were putting together a trench box. An employee was attempting to install one of the large, heavy pins that held the box together when the box moved and crushed the employee's toe/foot.

The grease fitting on the drive shaft caught their fall harness and pulled them underneath the drive shaft. The employee was pinned between the drive shaft and two pieces of angle steel, resulting in a fracture to their left hip.
On October 5, 2025, an employee was pulling a pressure washer hose when it it disconnected from the cooker. The employee was struck by jets of high-pressure water, resulting in lacerations to their left thigh requiring surgery. The employee was hospitalized.
