On September 3, 2015, at approximately 9:30-10 a.m., an employee was mowing with a zero turn mower. The employee dismounted the mower as it approached a chain link fence. The mower rolled and struck the employee, breaking his hip and requiring hospitalization.
An employee was driving a double pallet jack down an aisle when another piece of equipment came through the aisle. Realizing that the two pieces of equipment were about to collide, the employee jumped off the pallet jack. It then ran over his leg, breaking his leg/ankle.
