An employee experienced a partial amputation of the left ring finger while working with another employee to knock out a pin with a sledgehammer.

While heating the rollers with the torch, the oil inside the rollers was heated. The pressure from the rollers and heat caused the heated oil to splash on the employee's face, causing second degree burns.
