An employee tripped on a hand tool electrical cord and fell to the ground causing a right hip fracture.
An employee was building a magnet channel assembly. The employee's right middle fingertip was caught between two magnet plates, causing the amputation of about 1/4 inch of the fingertip.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
An employee was operating a proof testing machine by loading it with the product to be tested. The employee's right hand was underneath the door area of the machine and the machine crushed her ring finger and little finger. The injuries resulted in amputation of both fingers up to the knuckle of the hand.
On March 25, 2025, a maintenance employee was elevated 19 feet in a scissor lift to troubleshoot an overhead shipping door that was not fully closing. The overhead door came down and pushed the aerial lift over. The lift struck the concrete floor of the shipping bay and the employee sustained a compound fracture to his left forearm and a fractured pelvis.
