On or about 9:45 a.m. on October 25, 2015, an employee delivering food from the company's commissary to a restaurant was accessing the back of the delivery truck when he lost his footing and grip on the back of the truck. The employee fell backwards and hit his head. He was admitted to the hospital.

An employee was climbing a step ladder while carrying a 3-foot piece of conduit. As he went to reposition his feet on the ladder by pivoting, he slipped and fell from the third rung of a 6-foot ladder. The employee sustained fractures to the left femur, right elbow, and right ring finger.

An employee was descending a 4-step maintenance stand when she missed the bottom step and fell to the hangar floor. The employee suffered a left hip fracture.

The truck drove out of the stall, causing the employee to fall 4 feet off the dock onto the concrete. The employee sustained fractures to the right side of the pelvis, elbow, and a left ring fingertip as well as injuries to the right wrist and bruising to the back and stomach.

An employee was putting dishes into a cabinet when a drinking glass fell out. The glass hit the counter and broke, cutting the back side of the employee's wrist. The employee sustained a laceration and tendon damage to their right wrist.

The injured employee was on the teeterboard when one of the launching cast members bumped into him causing the injured employee to be unbalanced upon takeoff.
