On Friday, November 20, 2015, two concrete truck drivers were washing their respective concrete trucks at the same time in the wash down area at the concrete mixing plant. Driver #1 finished washing his truck and started driving out of the wash down area. After pulling out some distance from the wash down area, Driver #1 looked in both mirrors and noticed Driver #2 laying on the ground. Driver #1 stopped to assist Driver #2 who stated that he was run over when Driver #1 pulled away. Driver #2 sustained foot, leg and shoulder injuries requiring surgery.
