On November 24, 2015, an employee was picking orders and climbed a racking system to reach for a part. While coming down from the racking system, he missed a step and fell backwards to the ground, hitting his head. His coworkers found him unconscious, and he was hospitalized for observation with head trauma.
An employee was climbing a step ladder while carrying a 3-foot piece of conduit. As he went to reposition his feet on the ladder by pivoting, he slipped and fell from the third rung of a 6-foot ladder. The employee sustained fractures to the left femur, right elbow, and right ring finger.
