On 11/28/2015 at 5:00 pm, an employee was walking up to the door to deliver the pizza when he slipped and fell on the ice near the garage. During the fall, he hit his head and fractured his ankle.
An employee had dropped a roll of change by the pizza cabinet and bent down to pick it up. While standing back up he struck the back of his head on the bottom edge of an open drawer and sustained a laceration/contusion.
