An employee was walking in between aisles and caught her foot on the corner of a table. She fell on her right arm and the right side of her face. She experienced bruising and abrasions to the right side of her face. She was hospitalized for a fractured right arm above the elbow that required surgery.
An employee was on a step ladder getting shoes from the top shelf. She fell off the ladder approximately two feet and sustained a broken left tibia that required hospitalization and surgery.
