On October 24, 2023, an employee suffered a heart attack while completing physical fitness testing on a designated obstacle course.

An employee was participating in volleyball warm-up practice. The employee was serving volleyballs overhead when he suffered a hernia and was hospitalized.

On July 27, 2023, an employee was making a delivery when he tried to prevent a box from falling off the dolly. The employee heard a snap in his right knee. He fell to the ground, striking his head on the pavement. On July 28, 2023, while at home, the employee's right leg gave out and caused the employee to fall, tearing the quadriceps in both legs. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was helping a patient with daily care when they sustained a back injury, resulting in hospitalization.

During an aircraft egress drill, a firefighter suffered chest pain and shortness of breath. He was taken to the hospital for a heart attack.

An employee was sitting in her chair talking with another employee. When she stood up, she tripped over the leg of the chair and fell breaking a hip.

An employee was working on a bundler when the bundle ram came down on his left hand, smashing his left ring finger between the bundle board. When he pulled his hand out, his left ring fingertip was ripped off.

On November 13, 2015, an employee was feeding a large-format print into the laminator. The employee's fingers got caught between the two large rubber rollers. The employee's left-hand ring fingertip was amputated, while the middle finger was lacerated and required stitches.

On June 25, 2015, an employee's left middle fingertip was amputated after getting caught in a machine during process set up.

An employee fell while moving a water canister, resulting in fractures to four fingers on her right hand.

An employee was changing a die in a press when the die slipped and crushed the employee's left index finger. The employee sustained an open facture of the tuft of the left distal phalanx and a partial amputation.

An employee was driving a boom lift (in the lowered position) in an exterior dock area. The lift s left wheels rolled onto base plates that covered a 3-foot-deep sump pit. The base plates failed, and one side of the lift dropped. The employee's left leg was caught under the lift basket, and he suffered a fracture to the lower leg including the ankle.

A temporary employee was carrying a nail gun through the warehouse when it hit his leg, activated, and fired a nail into the leg.
