An employee fell down a flight of stairs and broke an arm. The break required surgery and in patient hospitalization to repair.
An employee fell approximately three feet from a step ladder that was in the closed position and leaning against the water tank and struck a containment basin. The employee sustained broken ribs and was hospitalized.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
