On or about March 14, 2016, two employees got into an altercation while rinsing at the wash sink. The first employee took a knife and meat hook and struck the second employee, lacerating his clavicle area and neck. The first employee suffered a laceration to the side of his face.

On November 20, 2023, an employee was at the harvest leg wash station, changing the chain attachments that were suspending a cow. They were switching from using a chain around the cow's right rear leg, to a chain around the cow's left rear leg. The chain around the right leg became taut when it reached the indexing point on the conveyor. The employee's left ring fingertip was caught in the chain and was amputated.
