Employee 1 was in front of an electric pallet jack picking groceries from shelving. Employee 2 was in front of Employee 1 with a pallet jack doing the same. Employee 1 thought Employee 2 was going to move forward, but Employee 2 didn't. Employee 1 kept moving forward with his pallet jack and got wedged between the two pallet jacks breaking his ankle.
