An employee tripped on a pallet and fell, fracturing a hip.
An employee was getting an end rider pallet jack out of the parked position when it struck a pallet of water. The employee's right leg became caught between the pallet jack and the pallet, resulting in a crushed leg. He was hospitalized with fractures to his tibia and fibula that required surgery.
An employee was frying chicken tenders in the deli area. She walked away from the fryer and tripped over a box of chicken. The employee fell and broke an arm.
On July 15, 2021, at 12:55 p.m., an employee stepped off a raised selection area onto a pallet in order to reach product when the pallet shifted, causing the employee to fall approximately 6.5 feet onto a pallet of product. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured right arm.
