An employee was inside an intermodal container positioned to the right of granite slabs that were stacked in an A-frame manner. As a forklift was unloading the slabs from the left side of the A-frame, the slabs on the right side fell and struck the employee. The employee was pinned between 7 to 8 slabs and the side of the container. The slabs weigh approximately 700 pounds each. The employee sustained bruised ribs and lungs.
