The truck drove out of the stall, causing the employee to fall 4 feet off the dock onto the concrete. The employee sustained fractures to the right side of the pelvis, elbow, and a left ring fingertip as well as injuries to the right wrist and bruising to the back and stomach.

A delivery driver was at a store to deliver product. He was taking the product cart down the truck's ramp and the cart began to roll away. The employee ran after the cart and fell to the ground, injuring his knees. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was retrieving equipment from the mop room. Their hand was in the door hinge and when the door closed, the employee's finger was amputated.

On August 5, 2025, a brown recluse spider bit an employee on the left thigh while the employee was outside sitting on a crate. The employee was hospitalized.

On April 24, 2025, an employee suffered a gunshot wound to the lower right leg while intervening in an altercation in the parking lot.

An employee slipped off a fatigue mat and bumped into the cash safe while walking to a register. The employee lost balance and fell to the floor, sustaining a fractured right hip.

On October 30, 2025, an employee was working to adjust a stackable metal shipping container. As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.

An employee was moving a scissor lift through a doorway. The employee was pinned between the scissor lift and the doorframe, sustained a back injury, and was hospitalized.

An employee was setting up communication equipment for a meeting. They were walking and tripped over a speaker on the ground. The employee sustained a leg injury.
