On 04/20/16, at approximately 12:24 a.m., an employee was cleaning a table with a rag when he tripped on the table leg and fell backwards. He was hospitalized with a fractured hip.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
