An employee was tossing a damaged toilet into a compactor. The toilet bounced off the compactor and lacerated the employee's right wrist, cutting an artery and tendon.

An employee was operating a hydraulic jack to bend a frame when the jack came loose and struck the employee. They were hospitalized for a spleen injury.

A truck had been towed into the shop with a flat tire and a blown airbag. An employee checked the tire for damage and was airing the tire. The employee was installing the valve core when the bead slipped off the rim. Air escaped, and the aluminum wheel struck the employee's head and face. The injured employee was getting on a scissor lift and was about to go up when he heard a shout from overhead to watch out. He covered his head with his hands. A metal fall restraint bar from the screen frame fall restraint system fell from another employee's hand, causing amputation of the injured employee's right index finger at the first joint.

An employee was walking in the lobby on April 29, 2025, when he tripped and fell on the floor, landing on his knee. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured knee and required surgery.

Two employees were working in the main lobby when a person entered and shot at someone with a handgun. One employee sustained a gunshot wound to the buttocks and the other employee sustained a fracture to their elbow while jumping over the counter to safety.

The base plates failed, and one side of the lift dropped. The employee's left leg was caught under the lift basket, and he suffered a fracture to the lower leg including the ankle.

A temporary employee was carrying a nail gun through the warehouse when it hit his leg, activated, and fired a nail into the leg.
