An employee was inspecting products being removed from a truck. The truck started to roll away while he was standing with one foot on the truck and the other on the loading dock. He fell and fractured both legs.

An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
