While attempting to repair a lawnmower, and employee turned off the mower and tried to flip it over before the blades stopped spinning. His right middle fingertip was amputated by the blades.
An employee parked outside on the side of the street. When he opened his van's back door, a box fell out of the van and went into the ditch. As he attempted to get the box, he fell several feet into the ditch and broke his left tibia in his lower left leg.
