An employee was a passenger in a golf cart used to transport people around the site. The driver was traveling to a building directly in front of them to get needed parts, but realized he might find the parts in another building to the left. As the driver turned to the left, the employee fell off the cart and struck her head on the pavement, fracturing her skull.
