An employee was holding a piece of foam in place to cut using a band saw when the saw blade amputated the employee's right ring finger.
An employee was operating a foam profile machine. As the employee attempted to remove a piece of foam from within the profile machine their finger contacted the blade resulting in a partial amputation.
