On November 9, 2020, an employee suffered an allergic reaction to latex in the strap of goggles they were cleaning. The employee was hospitalized.

At about 1:40 p.m. on November 3, 2020, an employee slipped on a wet floor in a hospital hallway, fell to the floor, and suffered a broken left kneecap.

On May 22, 2020, at approximately 12:00 p.m., an employee was working in a lab drive-through shed when she sprayed a wasp with wasp spray. The wasp started to chase her, so she ran. While running, she tripped and fell in the parking lot, fracturing both wrists.

In the Forum Circle Drive, an employee fell onto the concrete street and sustained injury to their head and a fractured right arm.

An employee was stepping out of a car when they slipped and fell on ice, resulting in a femur fracture.

An employee was inspecting an apartment to ensure it was ready for a new resident to move in. The carpet in the apartment had been recently cleaned and was still wet. As the employee went from the carpet to the tiled floor of the bathroom, they slipped and fell, resulting in a torn left hamstring.

An employee was delivering a letter along a rural carrier route when she stepped on an ice-covered snow drift, slipped, and fell to the ground. The employee sustained a right hip fracture that required surgery.

The base plates failed, and one side of the lift dropped. The employee's left leg was caught under the lift basket, and he suffered a fracture to the lower leg including the ankle.

A temporary employee was carrying a nail gun through the warehouse when it hit his leg, activated, and fired a nail into the leg.
