An employee was working on a billboard while standing on a step ladder. The ladder kicked out and the employee fell about five feet, then rolled down an embankment about ten feet. He suffered a broken wrist.
On Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at approximately 4:00PM, an employee was walking across a wet 6"x6" piece of lumber, while carrying a 4"x4" piece of lumber, when he slipped and fell. The employee sustained a fracture to his left ankle and was hospitalized.
