Two Men And A Truck

An employee was standing at ground level next to the loading dock that had a manual docking plate attached. As the docking plate was opening, the employee's finger was caught in the mechanism, resulting in a partial amputation of the left middle finger.

On November 28, 2022, an employee was descending the ramp of the truck when he slipped and fell three-to-four feet to the ground. The employee was hospitalized for a lower right leg fracture.
