On or about August 6, 2016, an employee was using a vehicle-mounted winch when the holding mechanism malfunctioned and the wire cable kept unwinding. The employee could not pull their right hand back in time and it was pulled into the first "sheave" that was about 6 feet away from the winch, amputating three fingers.
On June 4, 2025, at 8:35 PM, an employee was performing and dancing with a child when they stumbled and fell to the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured shoulder.
