On August 12, 2016, an employee attaching toters to a truck began to feel lightheaded and dizzy due to a heat-related illness in the late afternoon.
On March 11, 2021, a temporary employee was on a route picking up garbage. While he was cycling the hopper, a metal pole sprung out and struck him in the face, resulting in facial fractures that required hospitalization.
