On August 17, 2016, around 11:15 a.m., an employee was leaving a client's house when her leg gave out and she fell on the concrete sidewalk. She fractured her right wrist and right elbow, requiring surgery.

An employee was walking in the yard of a client's residence when they slipped, tripped, and fell onto the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured arm and hip.
