Final narrative
On August 25, 2016, an employee unstrapped a concrete form to remove it and as they were lifting it with the crane one of the filler forms fell and struck the employee. The employee was hospitalized with a broken right collar bone, facial abrasions, a head laceration and a contusion on the right shoulder.
