The employee was in the back of a mule-type ATV holding the podium, while another employee, drove the vehicle down to the field. While driving the vehicle down the ramp to the field, the injured employee hit his head on the bridge beam and fell out of the back of the vehicle. The employee was hospitalized for a concussion, cranial bleeding and a spinal fracture.
