Final narrative
An employee was tied off on a beam while working inside a hoist way. The employee lost their balance and fell into an exposed drywall stud causing a laceration on the elbow/forearm requiring surgery.
While performing maintenance, an employee was crushed between the cartop of an elevator crosshead and an overhead safety beam. The employee sustained broken ribs on both sides of the torso.
