Final narrative
An employee was driving a forklift out of the back of a truck when the truck started to roll. The employee jumped from the truck and fractured his foot and degloved the left big toe. Later, two toes were amputated.
An employee was crossing over a sorting belt and jumped down onto the catwalk next to the belt. The employee sustained a right ankle fracture and dislocation.
On November 7, 2023, at 6:00 PM, an employee was getting off a roof at the end of the work day. He missed a step and then jumped from the ladder to the ground sustaining a fractured ankle.
An employee was on the table of a machine. She went to jump down from the table and fractured her lower leg on the ground. The employee was hospitalized.
