Final narrative
On September 21, 2016, at approximately 7:30 a.m., an employee and two coworkers were conducting routine checks on the plating line when a piece of debris was noted riding on top of the running strip line/plating solution. The employee attempted to remove the debris from the running strip line with a 12-inch spud wrench when his right hand was pulled into the rotating plating rolls, amputating his index finger, breaking his ring finger, and causing an abrasion to his hand.

An employee was raising a pendant crane when the hook became caught on a spacer block and knocked the other blocks over. The blocks rolled to the floor and onto the employee's feet, fracturing both.
