Final narrative
The employee was unloading CO2 into a tank for a customer. The hoses were not connected when the product (CO2) valve was opened and CO2 struck him in the abdomen knocking the employee down. The employee suffered three broken ribs and a spleen injury.
An employee was filling a cylinder with a mixture of CO2 and argon gas. The cylinder ruptured and the bottom of the cylinder fractured the employee's left leg.
