Final narrative
At approximately 2:30 a.m., an employee was power washing the inside of a tanker. The employee got out of the tanker and said it smelled foul. Monitoring was done and no hazardous atmospheres were detected. The employee re-entered the tanker and approximately 10 minutes upon return he passed out. The employee was hospitalized and treated.
On September 25, 2023, an employee was working in the body department installing doors, hoods, and tailgates. The employee finished their shift and was hospitalized later that evening for a back injury.
An employee had been cleaning the work area. While lifting a saw, the employee's index finger was lacerated by the saw blade. A tendon was cut and required surgery.
