The employee was traveling on his PIT to put it away and plug it into to a stationary charger stored on the second tier of racking. As he approached the area to park the PIT, he noticed the charging cord hanging down from the racking. He stopped and reached to move the cord and the truck moved forward catching his fingers between the truck and the racks.
