An employee was walking towards the printer in the front office when she hit her right foot on her co-worker's desk. She fell forward onto her right side and dislocated her hip requiring surgery.
An employee was stacking money in her cash bus when its metal lid slammed down on her fingers. She suffered fractures to her right middle and ring fingers.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
