An employee had parked a vehicle. As he was getting out, he felt lightheaded, fainted, and fell to the floor. He did not have a chance to station the vehicle and his body was dragged on the road, injuring his right shoulder and left leg.

An employee exited a vehicle to instruct the vehicles behind hers to back out because her vehicle was stuck. When she exited the vehicle, she slipped and fell on the wet ramp floor, hitting her head on the ground and fracturing her right ankle.
