An employee was working at the loading dock to retrieve new merchandise clothing from the truck. While utilizing a Z-cart, the employee's foot was caught under the Z-cart wheel. She tripped and fell to the concrete surface, fracturing her right shoulder.

On 5/10/2024 at about 6:25 a.m., an employee was unloading a truck and was walking when she struck the heel of a fellow employee and fell to the floor. She sustained a hip fracture and required surgery.
