An employee was fixing bunched-up cloth in a machine. A doffing bar rose, and his hand was pinched and broken between a roller and a fixed guard. The machine was guarded at the time.

On August 15, 2025, an employee was in a small room right before the exit. The door in the little room was locked. The employee climbed over a wall and hopped down to the other side, falling and resulting in a twisted right ankle. The employee was hospitalized.

On August 14, 2025, an employee was assembling cables using a molding machine. When the machine was engaged, the mold came down and caught the employee's left hand, amputating three fingers.

On August 8, 2025, an employee was operating a table-top injection molding machine. He refilled the barrel of the machine with resin and began a pack procedure in which the plunger of the machine moved into the barrel to compress plastic pellets into the mix. The plunger caught and amputated his fingertip.

The base plates failed, and one side of the lift dropped. The employee's left leg was caught under the lift basket, and he suffered a fracture to the lower leg including the ankle.

A temporary employee was carrying a nail gun through the warehouse when it hit his leg, activated, and fired a nail into the leg.
