An employee stopped at a truck stop and climbed to the top of the trailer that he was hauling. He was transporting a load of approximately 6,500 gallons of fuel oil. The dome lid at the top of the trailer forcibly blew off the tank, causing him to fall to the ground and suffer a neck laceration.
