An employee was jointing a piece of wood when his hand slipped. His pinky finger went into the blade and was amputated.
An employee was adjusting and tightening the chain links to a conveyor. The conveyor activated and the employee's right foot was caught between the chain and sprocket amputating toes.
An employee was placing a board on a chop saw and lost their footing. The employee extended their left arm to regain balance and contacted the rotating blade of the chop saw resulting in an injury to the left middle finger. The end of the finger had to be medically amputated.
An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.
