On November 23, 2016, at 3:10 AM, an employee was troubleshooting a bagger machine when the employee's arm became caught in the door, breaking a forearm bone.
An employee was operating a bagger. He was reaching to correct the position of the bag when the ram compressed his right index finger and amputated the fingertip.
