On 11/29/2016 at 12:30 p.m., an employee was attempting to reset the tooling in a turret punch press when the tooling came off and pinched the employee's right middle fingertip, amputating it.
An employee was operating a brake press to bend a 10-inch piece of metal with the long end in the machine. His hand entered the point of operation, crushing and avulsing his left ring and middle fingertips, which had to be amputated.
