An employee was stocking a bakers rack when her foot became stuck. When she reached around the rack, she fell to the concrete floor, fracturing her right femur and possibly her right kneecap.
An employee was working on a 5-foot ladder to remove cardboard from a shelf when the employee fell off the ladder, suffering left rib and left leg injuries that required hospitalization.
