An associate was at the register when another associate came to take something out of the drawer. He stepped back and hit the drawer that had been opened, causing a chain reaction. He stumbled and bumped into the associate who had opened the drawer and then she stumbled and fell into the injured employee, causing her to fall onto the floor fracturing the right hip.
An employee was working on a 5-foot ladder to remove cardboard from a shelf when the employee fell off the ladder, suffering left rib and left leg injuries that required hospitalization.
