An employee was walking to her station and tripped on the leg of a shot blast screen (welding screen). The employee fell and fractured her right hip. She was admitted to the hospital.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
On July 22, 2024, at approximately 11:15 AM, an employee was moving an air conditioning unit on the roof when their right middle finger became caught between the bottom of the unit's frame and the roof curb frame. The employee sustained an amputation to the fingertip.
